Together
We Rise
More than training. A community, a standard, and a commitment to the people who train beside you.
The CodeRelentless is built around more than training. It is a community where we challenge ourselves, support the people around us and respect the space we share. These guidelines exist to keep Relentless safe, positive, professional and welcoming for everyone.
Our Culture & Conduct
This is more than a slogan — it is how we train. Support the people around you, celebrate their progress and contribute positively to every session. If you finish first, take a moment to encourage those still working.
We want Relentless to be a place people look forward to walking into. Treat fellow members, trainers and staff with respect. Gossip, personal attacks and behaviour that negatively affects the community are not tolerated.
Our trainers are responsible for leading the session and maintaining a safe, effective training environment. Be receptive to coaching, respect their direction on the floor and understand that scaling or modifying a movement is sometimes part of good training.
During coached sessions, the trainer has responsibility for the training floor. Members must follow reasonable instructions relating to safety, movement standards, equipment use and class organisation.
We want to know when something can be improved. All facility feedback, suggestions, or maintenance concerns must be directed straight to management to ensure they are handled efficiently and effectively.

Classes, Punctuality & Attendance
Where possible, arrive 10–15 minutes before your class so you have time to settle in and prepare. The trainer-led warm-up is part of the session and should be completed with the class. If you arrive late, check in quietly with the trainer before joining the session.
Relentless programming is designed to develop well-rounded athletes. Not every workout will contain your favourite movements — and that is part of the process. Approach the programme with an open mind, work on your weaknesses and scale appropriately when required.
Give the session your attention. Personal speakers, headphones or competing audio devices are not permitted during group classes. Trainers need to be able to communicate clearly with everyone on the floor.
Safety & Equipment
Movement quality and safety always come before weight, speed or the score on the board. Choose loads and movement variations that allow you to train safely and effectively. Listen when a trainer asks you to reduce a load, modify a movement or change your approach.
Treat the equipment properly. Loaded barbells may be dropped where appropriate to the movement and training environment, but unnecessary slamming, throwing or bouncing of equipment is not acceptable. Always remain aware of the people and equipment around you when releasing a barbell.
Dumbbells and kettlebells must never be deliberately thrown or dropped from height. Return them safely to the floor under control.
Use barbell collars whenever required by the workout or instructed by the trainer.
Chalk belongs in the chalk buckets. Please avoid excessive chalk use, clapping chalk into the air or leaving loose chalk across the floor and equipment.
Be aware of your surroundings, particularly during Olympic lifting, gymnastics, box movements and other dynamic exercises. Give other athletes enough room to move safely and share equipment willingly when classes are busy.
Facility Etiquette
We all share the facility. After training:
- Return equipment to its correct storage area.
- Wipe down equipment where necessary.
- Dispose of rubbish.
- Leave your training area ready for the next person.
Bring a personal sweat towel and use the facility sanitiser to wipe down shared equipment after use.
Appropriate athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic footwear must be worn while training.
Keep bags, jackets, bottles and personal items in the designated storage areas. Training floors, entrances and walkways must remain clear.
Children who accompany a member remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian. Children must remain in designated safe areas and may not enter active training, lifting or equipment areas.
Pets are not permitted on the training floor.
Open Gym & Security
Open Gym access must be coordinated through the designated Relentless communication channels. Where access requires the facility alarm to be disarmed, the appropriate administrator must be notified. Do not assume the facility has been disarmed.
Open Gym is still a shared training environment. Respect other athletes, use equipment responsibly and leave the facility in the condition you found it.
When you finish your session, communicate that you are leaving where required. The last person leaving the facility is responsible for ensuring that:
- Equipment has been returned.
- Lights and relevant electrical equipment are switched off.
- Doors and access points are secured.
- The facility is clear.
- The alarm is armed where applicable.
If you are unsure whether someone else is remaining in the facility, confirm before leaving.
Emergencies & Facility Care
Emergency exits, fire equipment, entrances and walkways must remain unobstructed at all times. Never place bags, equipment, boxes or other items in these areas.
Please immediately report equipment damage, malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or facility maintenance problems directly to management.
Communication & Administration
For membership queries, merchandise, apparel, retail orders, account matters and general facility administration, please use the official operational channels. This helps us respond efficiently and ensures requests reach the person responsible for dealing with them.
Please avoid contacting trainers or executive leadership privately regarding memberships, schedules, retail orders, facility administration, or operational matters. These queries must go through the official Relentless operational channels.
Routine and non-urgent messages should be sent during reasonable business hours. Please avoid late-night or early-morning messages unless they relate to an immediate class attendance or access issue.
Relentless group chats exist to support communication and our community. Keep messages relevant to the purpose of the group and maintain the same respectful standard online that we expect inside the facility.
