We have built our timetable so that no matter what your day looks like, there is a class that works for you. Coached sessions across CrossFit and HYROX programming, with anytime facility access outside of class hours for when life does not follow a schedule. No excuses. Just training.

Dedicated HYROX and hybrid functional fitness sessions designed to build race-ready fitness from the ground up. Whether you are training for your first race or chasing a personal best, these sessions are built around you.

Train On Your Terms The grind doesn’t always fit the timetable. Outside of class sessions, our anytime access control gives you the freedom to train whenever it works for you. All we ask is a quick message to management to switch off the alarm before you arrive.
