Lise was great with a newbie like me as well as with the regulars. I attended with zero expectations except that I wanted to walk out feeling like I had had a workout, and that's exactly what I got. Great gym to prepare for events such as Hyrox. Best part is they are part of the vitality network and you get to mix up your training and meet great people. Coaches are amazing at what they do, very motivating and pushing you past your mental and physical limits.
