Terms & Conditions

The competition format is Teams of 4, made up of two male and two female athletes. There are no age categories. The organisers reserve the right to adjust or consolidate divisions as required.

All entries are final. No refunds will be issued on any purchase.

If a team member cannot compete, you may arrange a replacement athlete. Replacements must match the gender of the athlete being replaced to keep the team composition valid. All athlete name changes must be submitted to the organisers in writing no less than 10 business days before the event, which is Monday 31 August. Any changes received after that date cannot be processed and the team will compete under the original athlete and team names as submitted.

Team names cannot be changed after the same 10 business day cut off.

Event details, schedule, and format are subject to change. No refunds will be issued due to schedule changes, athlete withdrawal, or unforeseen circumstances.

Athletes participate at their own risk and confirm they are medically fit to compete. Judges’ decisions are final. Teams that do not arrive for a scheduled heat will not be rescheduled.
