Pull out your funkiest, most deadly or downright creepy fit and do your DFT in it. Neon, camo, skulls, face paint, go all in. Best dressed on the day has a prize waiting for them.

Times shown are the official race day start times. Waves are randomised and balanced by Deadly Dozen, so wave changes can't be accommodated. Arrive in good time and listen for your call up on the floor.

A condensed benchmark of stamina and strength. Minimal equipment, maximum effort, one score. It tests your engine, your functional fitness and, somewhere around round four, your sense of humour.
The prescribed weights for each category were sent to every entrant in the Deadly Dozen email. Check yours before Saturday so there are no surprises on the floor.

Free community event
No cost to take part. First timer or seasoned racer, this is your taste of Deadly Dozen before race day.
Waves
Your wave is locked
Start waves are randomised and balanced, just like race day. Slot and wave change requests can't be accommodated.
Earn it
Finisher patch
Free entry, but the patch still has to be earned. Every athlete who completes the DFT takes one home.
Results
Global leaderboard
Scores go up on the global DFT leaderboard within about 72 hours. Put a marker down, then come back and beat it.
